Progressive Career Pathway:-
For FY 2026–27, the Student Training Committee of the IIA Delhi Chapter will be dedicated to building a progressive learning continuum that introduces internal audit to students across Class 11–12, B.Com, BBA, & MBA programs. For high school commerce students, our roadmap emphasizes early career awareness, demystifying the internal audit profession, and showcasing its vital role in modern business governance. For undergraduate students (B.Com and BBA), we focus on bridging classroom financial fundamentals with applied risk concepts through interactive workshops, case studies, and practical masterclasses aligned with the new Global Internal Audit Standards.
At the postgraduate level (MBA), the committee will deliver advanced executive-readiness modules centered on enterprise risk management, forensic review, ESG assurance, and tech-driven analytics using AI and data tools. Alongside technical instruction, we are expanding our structured mentorship circles, student conclaves, and if possible industry-connect sessions to connect students directly with senior internal audit leaders. By meeting learners at each phase—from career discovery in school to leadership preparation in business school—our mission is to cultivate high-integrity, future-ready talent for the governance and advisory ecosystem.
