As the Chairperson of the Change Management Committee, I am proud to lead a group of seasoned professionals who are passionate about transforming the future of IIA India – Delhi Branch. Our committee is dedicated to driving meaningful change that enhances the operational efficiency, governance, and overall impact of the branch. Together, we are shaping a more streamlined, professional, and forward-thinking organization.

The Change Management Committee is focused on documenting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in our branch functions. We also identify key areas for enhancing corporate governance and advocate for the mission of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) across institutions. By offering guidance and mentorship, we are playing a crucial role in shaping the branch’s policies and strategic direction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement that aligns with the highest professional standards.
